My grandaunty (from dad's side) in Malaysia was called home to be with the Lord this morning, after a period of illness. She's now in a better place - heaven, i.e. heaven is now her home forever.
I did visit her, early in January 2005, on my last visit to Malaysia. She seemed better then, but obviously has deteriorated since.
It's sad to hear of someone's passing, more so when you know that person. But the fact that grandaunty was a Christian does somewhat, as pointed out by my parents, make her passing more bearable. She is now with her Lord & Saviour Jesus Christ, & reunited with the other relatives who have gone before her (including my grandparents). RIP grandaunty.
