Phenomenal picture - smile from heaven

A friend forwarded this pic to me a few months ago. Looks like a smile from heaven. Interesting.....though a part of me wonder if this pic is doctored in some way. Then again, what do I know about photography? Absolutely nothing! Nevertheless, at first glance, I thought this picture is quite nice. So I include it to start off this month's post.
